At least every second girl there wore mens hat.
This kind of "flat heels" were really popular among japanese girls as you can see from many pictures.
Wearing knit with short or long skirt was also really popular trend among young people. And in most cases this style was completed with the mens hat that I mentioned earlier.
For japanese young women it was mostly all about showing off their great legs.
These latest pictures represent a bit more subculture style. With this kind of shoes you would most certainly stand out from the ground in Finland.
Overall japanese people (at least younger generations) are brave dressers, they are not afraid of standing out from the ground. But for some reason I expected to see even more unusual and personal styles there. Compared to finnish women japanese are so much more feminine dressers and that is why there were so many such a girly girl shops around there. More about shops coming up in another post.
