Perfect Saturday

We met with Mia at Vallilan Makasiinit in the morning and spend there many ours exploring.

I took photos of Mia trying on a coat and fur hat so that she could see how did they look on her.

 At the same time I was able to photograph the lovely dog. Mia actually did not buy these items, but she did find a few other things. 

I also found a couple of things for myself. Photos of those coming up soon.

I was wearing vintage fur hat and sweater / Zara jeans / Modström parka / Vagabond boots.

 After hours of vintage shopping we needed some lunch and decided to go for Thai food.

Lemon Grass is really popular restaurant at Kallio. If you haven't tried it yet you definitely should.

I also fell in love with the winter coat that Miia was wearing and when I herd that they have it also in red at nelly.com I went and ordered it today. It is such a good substitute for the red Canada Goose parka that I have been dreaming about many years but never seem to afford it. The best thing about this coat is the slim fit. I hope one size bigger version will look as good on me as the smaller one looks on Miia.

So here is my order. And to avoid postage of course I needed to order something else because the coat was 50% off and did cost less than 50€. I went for these quite basic but gorgeous leather heels which were also 50% off.

Okay and lets go back to what happened on Saturday. On the way to centre weather was really nice and sunny but wind was really cold.

We were supposed to visit "Rättirieha" a fashion flea market at We got Beef where among others Finnish stylists like stylist Teri Niitti and Minttu Vesala were selling their stuff. We arrived about 20 minutes after event had started and there were long line of people waiting to get in. They let only certain amount of customers in so when someone left the first person from line got in. Weather was too cold for us to stand outside waiting for that long to get in so we decided to pass this opportunity and have a warm drink and something sweet instead.

When warm and energetic again we headed for Zara to see if there were something interesting left at sales and I finally found the maxi dress I have been looking for to the gala event I am attending next month.
