Lonely planet aptly determines Shimo-Kitazawa as good place for bargain-priced hipster shopping. This is the place where I bought my vintage Dior and Levis purchases for a reasonable price. Christian Dior coat I found from shop called UTA and Levis shorts from shop called Chicago. It takes only a quick train ride to get to Shimo-Kitazawa so if you like to explore flee markets and vintage shops this is definitely the place worth visiting. Prices at vintage shops that I visited everywhere else in Tokyo were ridiculously high.
